Employee development
|
All newly hired personnel shall receive general and job-specific orientations in HSE prior to their first work assignment. Performance reviews and planning sessions are designed for the supervisor and the employee to discuss his/her current job tasks, encourage and recognize attributes, and discuss positive, purposeful approaches for meeting work-related goals. Together, employee and supervisor discuss ways in which the employee can accomplish goals or learn new skills. The planning sessions are designed for the employee and his/her supervisor to make and agree on new goals, skills, and areas for improvement
On-the-job and formal training shall be provided to fulfill the competence requirements of all job functions.Employees at AZA can develop from any position to any management position depending upon their performance.

Recruting and Training
All training programs shall be periodically assessed for quality and effectiveness, and the latest technology shall be employed to ensure that these training programs remain best in class.
We recruit our workforce from general public and through a database of skillful and experienced employees, then we train them to meet our company requirements in terms of Quality, Health and Environment. Our social goal is to put people to work in these countries and provide them WITH the compensations that really reflect their knowledge and in accordance the local regulations.
