12.5 kg Gas bottles:
We distribute bottles and gas. Actually, we have a unique filling system, electronically controlled, to refill customers’ cylinders at their request. 2 to 12.5 kg of gas can now be purchased at any AfriGaz station.

Micro-Filling Stations:
This is the innovation in the Central African LPG market. The customers will be able to bring their empty cylinders to buy LPG for the amount of money they can afford. This is a solution for the low-income families. The filling station storage tanks will remain our properties and liabilities even in case it is given under franchise.

Bulk LPG tanks:
Bulk tank of sizes 50 to 500 gallons will be rented or consigned to our customers and LPG refilling held by us. Frequent fill-ups will be schedule according to the customers’ LPG consumption. This product is the absolute solution to frequent product penury. Our Bulk tanks will be protected for refilling by competitors and we will assure its routine and required maintenance. Some households, for the convenience of being constantly supplied in LPG will need smaller tanks for six months coverage. Our 100 gallons tanks are designed to fit these needs. The apartment buildings and hotels will see a complete innovation in the way they are supplied in LPG. No more tenants carrying a 12.5 kg cylinder to climb 13 floors of a building. No more hazards of 100 cylinders in a 30 apartments building. We will install our 500 gallons bulk tank for their convenience and fill up as required.

Truck bottling system:
AfriGaz plans to launch a truck bottling system for countryside routes. We will set a distribution schedule for each Village and will drive our special propane/butane truck in the area and refill the available bottles.

Maintenance Service Calls:
Many Customers call on a regular basis for one service or another. Sometime the call might be related to lower flame caused by dirt plugging the stove’s burner. We give all our customers the same attention.
Usually, we train our customers on the basics, in order to minimize service calls and to reduce the risk of accident

Gas Installation Inspection:
We now offer free inspection service for previously installed LPG systems in Cameroon and in Central Africa...We have the gas sniffing tool and other tools to detect leaks no matter how small they might be.

Installation Services for Hotels, buildings, and Industries:
We are the most qualified company for LPG services in Central Africa. We offer free estimate and even a free design of complex LPG systems. Our engineers are available for free job appraisal, even when installations were performed by non-AZA agents. Ultimately, we train freelance technicians on new technology as it becomes available.
