All AZA LLc Employees around the world are presented with all codes, keys, and procedures needed to navigate within the workplace safely. The new employee’s supervisor then introduces the new hire to staff throughout the company safety, environment, and quality policy, reviews their job description and scope of position, explains the company’s evaluation procedures, and helps the new employee get started on specific functions
