Management Organization We operate an inter-continental management structure using modern technologies where our head office is in the USA and the management Team currently in Central Africa for LPG business deployment in five countries. This cost-effective management system is a common practice in today's technology companies. We have developped a phased deployment strategy with a cost effective implementation system in which we launch operation in every country with respect to a specific quality standard.

President President & Chef Executive Officer Mr. Tembiwa holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic School of Camerron. Upon graduation, he joined Schlumberger Wireline and Testing and worked in the Oil and Gas operations in various countries in Africa and Europe. He worked as technical and HSE manager prior to tranfering to the USA where he worked as service supervisor for Schlumberger Andrill and Pathfinder Energy Services. Mr. Tembiwa resigned in 2003 to launch Active Zones of America LLc.

Dr. Emmanuel Tchemeni Vice-President Pr. Tchemeni holds a Masters in accounting and finance from the Universités de Yaoundé, then a Doctorate degree in finance and management in Caen, Lille II, Paris-Dauphine et Coventry Polytechnic Professor in the University of Paris XIII  and other universities around the globe he overlooks the financial department of AZA LLc and its various branches around Africa.   Pr. tchemeni totalizes over 10 years of experience in Management consulting and companies apraisal/evaluation with Athur Andersen, and "Les Cabinets Conseils de Paris".

AZA LLc controls over 64% of the capital of AZA Inc. (AfriGaz).   This position gives us the management strategic power to maintain moral standard and focus on the goals set for the company. The company's mission is to address domestic gas shortage in African countries by bringing new and diversified means of processing and distributing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to households and businesses. We also want to maintain the ethics and modern management styles everywhere we settle.
